By commissioning us, you agree://✔ Payment will be done exclusively through Cashapp or Venmo, as these are our preferred payment methods.✔ We retain all rights to our work, and thus the right to post it to any of our galleries or to our portfolio; use it an example, etcetera.
We reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.✔ You may use our work as your avatar, for personal prints, or as a wallpaper, and upload it to your gallery so long as it isn't commercial, credit is given, and you're not claiming you made the art.Payment:
✧ Payment is due upfront after the commission is accepted, and via either Cashapp or Venmo.✧ After agreed upon, payment is sent, and you've decided what you want the commission to be (Bust, Fullbody, etc), you cannot change it.✧ Complexity fee for backgrounds is +$20USD, edits in the initial sketching phase are free, although the price increase only goes for additional assets such as cars, swords, mechanical features, etc. Complex markings do not count.Progress & Refunds:
◦ After the commissioning process has been started and agreed upon by myself and you, the commissioner, refunds cannot be requested.◦ To keep things easy, before we have begun work on your order, give us a clear reference of what you want, the idea you have, etcetera -- a simple reference image of the idea you're going for will suffice.◦ Should you want to keep the commission private, let me know and it won't be posted anywhere.◦ Though we try to keep things timely, depending on our life and mental circumstances -- commission turnarounds may be over a month or more, though you can usually expect it to get done within a week, or number of weeks before then.Regarding Deadlines
⁃ We do not do deadlines, as we find that we work better without them – that and sometimes life and personal issues might come up that prevent us from completing our work in as timely a manner as we’d like.⁃ That being said, usually, unless we communicate otherwise, your commission would be done in 2-3 weeks or more, though depending on the quality level and external circumstances turnarounds can sometimes be over a month. Be patient with us.
